• 11 June 2019 | Landcom offers to address the CA Executive Committee at its meeting on 13 August | Subsequent to this email, Landcom and the CA agreed that an information session for all owners, owners representatives and residents would be held on 7 August 2019. And more recently, the date was changed to 14 August 2019 — refer details above.
• 4 July 2019 | Change Strata Management email to all managing agents, owners, and owners representatives advising them that LBNCo had made direct approaches to a number of strata schemes and to Lend Lease, and urging them not to engage with either LBNCo or Pivit. 
• 11 July 2019 | Landcom details its actions following receipt of advice that LBNCo had made direct approaches to a number of strata schemes and to Lend Lease (Little Bay Apartments).
