Prince Henry at Little Bay is steeped in rich history, architectural legacy and geological significance. The natural beauty of the rugged coastline, the healthy environment, and the finely tuned balance between old and new each contribute to making Prince Henry a unique place to live.
The site comprises 85 hectares, bounded by Harvey Street, Jennifer Street, Anzac Parade and the new Little Bay Cove residential community under development to the north, and the Coast Golf Course to the east. Just 20 per cent of the Prince Henry site has been developed, with the remainder retained in public ownership – preserved as parks, bushland and walking areas, all designed to protect endangered native plant species.
Residential options include detached houses, townhouses, apartment blocks and aged care facilities. In addition, there are a number of community groups based on site including, among others, the Prince Henry Hospital Trained Nurses’ Association, the Coast Centre, the Aboriginal Health College, and Surf Life Saving Australia.
The village style retail strip is home to a supermarket, cafes, a medical practice, a dentist, a gym, a hairdresser, a laundry/dry cleaner/alterations studio, and other services.
Public access to the beach and golf course ensures everyone, not just residents and community groups, can enjoy the wonders of this beautiful coastal community.
The Prince Henry Community Website and newsletter are owned and operated by the Prince Henry at Little Bay Community Association (PHCA). Website funding is subsidised by sponsors, who generally comprise local businesses.
The website was created initially as an information portal for owners and residents. Since going live in November 2012, the subscriber base has grown exponentially since then.
The website and newsletter audience comprises, in the main, Prince Henry owners and residents, managing agents of Prince Henry’s various apartment blocks and neighbourhood associations, local politicians and government departments, neighbouring businesses and other interested parties.
Each quarter a newsletter is emailed to subscribers. You may subscribe at any time to receive newsletters direct to your inbox by completing the form at the foot of this page, or you can view previous newsletters on the Community news web page.
Sponsors’ logos appear in every issue, and each sponsor may provide an update on their business activities for inclusion in the newsletter. You can check out previous newsletters on the Community news web page.
A website subcommittee appointed by the PHCA Association Committee oversees website edits and updates.
From time to time community members may contribute articles of interest for publication on the website and in the newsletter. Articles will be published only if deemed appropriate for the audience.

The Prince Henry at Little Bay Community Management Statement contains specific By-laws that govern the entire site. These By-laws cannot be overridden by the By-laws of subsidiary schemes (neighbourhood associations and strata schemes).
